CROATIAN SPORTS CONFERENCE - Zagreb 21-22 November 2014

Croatian Sports Conference 2014 was held on 21 and 22 November 2014 in the Crystal Ballroom of the Westin Hotel. For the third year in a row, the Conference successfully carried out its response mission: top quality organization, interesting and current topics, and attractive promotional activities is the meeting of key stakeholders from around the sport: athletes, representatives of sports and recreational institutions, media and corporations.
This year's conference is characterized by a number of highly topical and interesting topics.
First of all, for the first time in Croatia, presented the new EU program: Erasmus + Sport, aimed at the development and financing of the European dimension of sport and recreation.
As part of the conference through the panels were covered specific topics such as vision and business synergies sports, both to evaluate sports sponsorship? ˝, Case study Medvescak KHL, what business can learn from top sport? ˝, athletes and online study and ˝ marketing potential CSSF-with and HASS as a base of grassroots sports in the Republic of Croatia.
The panel discussion was attended by relevant interlocutors, with specific knowledge and experience related to the current area.
At the CWC, the project KAS from Split and partners, HEALTH AND INJURY PREVENTION YOUNG ATHLETES. Lecture on the project was held by a representative of ASK Ivica Jakeljić which conference participants with the details of the project and project management experience.
The most interesting part of the program was to answer the individual questions of potential candidates for EU projects. Transferred to them solutions that we brought and the way we come to them.

SPORT FORUM EU - Milano, 01-02.12.2014

At this year's Sports Forum of the EU held in Milan December 1 to 2, and presented our project Health and Injury Prevention YOUNG ATHLETES, who presented Ivica Jakeljic. The Forum brought together about 300 participants. Among them were the leading representatives of international and European sports federations, the Olympic Movement, European, national and other sports organizations.

Participant of the forum was and Tibor Navracsics, the new Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Commission, who opened the forum, together with the Italian Minister for Graziano Delrio and chair of the board of the European Parliament, Ms. Silvia Costa.

The first two were held sessions of the Forum were focused on the implementation of Erasmus +: Sport and the results from the 2012 .Pripremne action in the field of sport. Commissioner G. Navrcsics participated in the discussion at a high level on the future of sport at EU level, followed by information session on the future European week of sport.

Ivica Jakeljic is within Informative workshops held talks with Mr. Navracsics and acquainted him with the details of our project. He also spoke with President EAA Mr. Hans Jorg Wurz, who praised the project and was very pleased that this project and the idea comes from athletics. Exchanged views with the representatives of other projects on common issues and problems they encountered during project implementation.
The day ended with the formal signing, the first partner of the European week of sport, which will take place in September 2015.

On the second day, the Forum sessions were focused on the presentation of the study of the EU, the role of multi-sports clubs and the economic and social impact of major sporting events.
